RUBBER COMPOUND

Kobe Crepe

Kobe crepe rubber is a product made from liquid latex. This material is the result of the development and utilization of liquid latex products that have clumped up which can also function as a replacement elastomer.

Ribbed Smoked Sheet

Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) is a type of processed product derived from the latex / latex of the Hevea brasiliensis rubber plant which is processed mechanically and chemically by drying using a smoke house and of which the quality meets standards and is consistent. The principle of processing this type of rubber is to convert garden latex into sheets through a process of filtering, diluting, freezing, milling and smoking. Several important factors that influence the final quality of RSS processing include freezing or coagulation of latex, smoking and drying. Striped fume sheet rubber is used as a raw material in the manufacture of motor vehicle tires and industrial components in general.

EPDM

EPDM rubber is a type of synthetic rubber that is used in many applications.

This type of rubber has the advantage of being resistant to weather. Stable at high or low temperatures and resistant to steam, water and highly resistant to various chemicals.

SBR

SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), is a substitute for Natural Rubber (NR). Has characteristics similar to Natural Rubber, namely chewy, not easy to tear, resistant to friction. Often used for Wheel, Mounting, Conveyor Belt.

NBR

NBR (Butadiene Nitrile Rubber). NBR rubber is resistant to oil and oil so it is often used for engine seals. NBR is the standard material for making O-rings.

Silicone

Silicone. Is a rubber that has the most resistance to High and Low Temperature. In addition, this rubber also has a Food Grade variant. This type of rubber is often used for Heat-resistant Gaskets and Seals for Food Contact.
